Japan Post - Express (EMS)

Packages are sent by airmail and take about 3–10 working days to arrive in most countries (it may take a little longer in the holiday season).

Tracking code will be sent once your items get shipped.

Import Taxes

Each country operates its own rules on taxing imported goods. Occasionally packages are held at the customer’s country until this duty is paid. In this case it’s up to you to pay the fee, or the package will be sent back to us. However most shipments seem to arrive without any problems or extra cost. If you want to check tax rate on your end, please refer to HS Number 6207.11.

VAT for EU Countries & Thailand

Currently, we are not collecting VAT on our end. Therefore, if required, you will be in charge to take care of VAT on delivery.
