Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love the products you purchased from our site.

For our international customers (outside Japan), we are happy to refund / exchange your order; however, please understand that you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Instructions

Within 30 days of the purchase date.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • Please note that you are responsible for paying for return shipping costs unless the product has a defect or you receive an incorrect item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We can only accept product returns in unopened packaging. Please understand that we cannot accept opened underwear for any reason due to hygiene purposes. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us before sending your product.
Within the 30 day period, contact us at hello@day-one-underwear.com. Please make sure to contact us before sending your product. Failure to do so will risk the items being lost and your return will not be accepted. We will reply back to you with the address to receive your return. For exchanges, we will check the availability of the product for which you would like to exchange.

Return shipping.
Items must be shipped by customers within 5 days from the date of sending returns request from us. 

Refunds will be processed.
After the inspection of returned items, refunds will be issued on your original payment method within 15 business days (not including holidays or weekends). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We can only accept product returns in unopened packaging. For exchange, we will process a new shipping once the return inspection is done.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that the package of our products might have some scratches on the surface, but it is not  a damage / defect.
